      No upfront costs to the Seller. All fees are deducted from the proceeds at closing.

      Technology has significantly transformed the home-buying process, making it easier for buyers to find homes without relying on traditional methods or paying full commissions to realtors. Online platforms, property listing websites, and mobile apps allow buyers to search for homes, view detailed property information, and even take virtual tours from the comfort of their own homes. 


      You will receive a 1.5% rebate at closing, applied to the final settlement statement. Rebates are contingent upon approval by the buyer's lender if the buyer is using a mortgage. This rebate assumes a 3% commission is offered. Services include the following:
